New
Move before the warden.
A nudge while there's still time to drive off.
Every scan works out when your parking runs out. Set a reminder and Kerbnow pings you before it does, so you never walk back to a ticket.
How it works
Up and running in seconds.
Scan the sign
Kerbnow reads the restrictions and works out when your free window ends.
Set the lead time
Tap "Remind me to move the car" and pick 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes' warning.
Get the nudge
A notification fires on your phone in time to move, no signal needed.
Why people use it
Counts down from the sign
The reminder is anchored to the exact time your parking window ends, not a guess.
Fires offline
It's a local notification scheduled on the phone, so it lands to the second even without signal.
Your warning, your call
Choose how much head start you want: 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes before parking ends.
One tap from any scan
Set it from the result screen, then cancel or change the lead time whenever you like.
What people say
"Got the ping mid-coffee, moved the car, no ticket."
"Long lunch and my phone tapped me before the meter ran out."
"Reminder fired in the car park with no signal. No idea how."
"First month in ages with no fine. Worth it on its own."
Frequently asked questions
Do I need signal for the reminder to fire?
No. The reminder is a local notification scheduled on your phone, so it fires at the right time even with no data or signal, and even if the app is closed.
How far in advance does it warn me?
You choose: 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes before your parking window ends. The default is 10 minutes.
How does Kerbnow know when to remind me?
Every scan works out the time your current free or paid window ends. The reminder is set that many minutes before, so it always matches the sign you scanned.
Will it drain my battery or use data?
No. There's no background tracking or polling. The notification is handed to your phone's scheduler and fires on its own.
Is this free?
